How I handle the information you share with me.

I’m Claudia Figart. I help families in Boerne, North and Northwest San Antonio, and the Texas Hill Country find senior living. This page explains what I collect, why I collect it, and how to reach me if you have a question.

This is a policy for a small, local practice — not legal advice. If something here is unclear, call or text me at 210-724-0348 and I will walk through it with you.

When you call or text

I keep what I need to help you: your name, your number, and the details you choose to tell me about your family’s situation. I do not record calls.

When you use the website form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a comment. Those fields go to Web3Forms, which delivers the message to me. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive health documents through the form or in a text. Bring those to our conversation instead.

When you browse the site

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. The language switcher may store a small preference so the site can remember English or Spanish. Your browser also sends ordinary technical information (such as IP address and user agent) to the host that serves the pages.

I use the information you share to:

• Respond to your call, text, or form message.
• Understand your situation well enough to compare senior living options.
• Stay in touch while we work together, if you ask me to.

I do not sell your information. I do not use it for advertising. I do not add you to a marketing list.

A form submission is processed by Web3Forms so it can reach me. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Those companies see what they need to deliver the service — not a copy of our later conversations.

I may share your name and the details you approve with a senior living community only when you ask me to make an introduction. I do not send your information to communities as a lead without that conversation first.

I may share information if the law requires it, or if I need to protect someone’s safety. I keep notes only as long as they are useful for helping your family or meeting a legal obligation, then I delete them.

You can ask what I have on file, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. I will do that unless I am required to keep a record.

If I update this policy, the new version will appear on this page. The date below is when I last revised it.
